Books and magazines are where Tessa started. A short stint at Mirror Publishing, working on Sunday supplement magazines, in the 'pre-Mac' era was followed by eight years working as designer and art director for a small London publishing company. Since starting as a free-lance designer 12 years ago, I have continued to work for Creative-Plus Publishing and undertake the design and layout of several books a year, including publications for The Leprosy Mission - www.tlmtrading.com for more details. I also wrote and designed a knitting book for Readers Digest in New York.
